Return Policy

This return policy applies to partners, distributors, dealers, and resellers who purchase directly from Elemental LED, Inc. and supersedes all previous versions in print or otherwise.

Elemental LED’s return policy is outlined below. All returns of merchandise must have prior approval from Elemental LED and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

STANDARD STOCK ITEMS:

  • Standard stock items may be returned within 60 days of purchase for exchange, substitution, or credit.

  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable

  • Orders for standard stock items that are cancelled before they have shipped will be credited 100%.

  • Orders that are cancelled for any reason after they have already shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus the cost of freight for the original outgoing order

  • A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any returned item

  • Custom products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable

  • Clearance items are sold as-is and are final and not eligible for return or exchange

RETURNING STOCK PRODUCT:

  • Complete and submit the RMA form. Business Solutions will then follow up with an RMA number.

  • Return the product in its original packaging along with the RMA number. Be sure to include all components (e.g. instructions, accessories) with the return.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping fees to return items.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS UNDER WARRANTY

  • Elemental LED accepts return of defective stock and custom items under warranty. Check the warranty policy for the applicable product.

  • Elemental LED, in its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or substitute product for the defective items or elect to reimburse the original purchase price.

  • Upon request, Elemental LED will send out an advance replacement of defective product.

RETURNING DEFECTIVE PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY:

  • Complete and submit an RMA form.

  • Elemental LED will provide a return label for you to ship the defective product to our headquarters.

  • Elemental LED will issue credit to the customer upon receipt of the damaged product.

  • Upon request, Elemental LED will send an advance replacement of the defective product. The advanced product is charged to the customer with the offsetting credit issued upon receipt of the defective product.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

All packaging and items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. If your merchandise is damaged during shipment by the shipping carrier, please contact Elemental LED within 10 calendar days of delivery to initiate an RMA/damage claim. The return will be handled in the same process as defective items.
