Special Orders
Special Order Items are items that are made to order, painted to order, special size or other non-stocked items.
PRICING: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the cost of merchandise must be paid upon placing any special order. The balance shall be due and payable before merchandise is shipped. All deposits and advance payments are nonrefundable except in the case of defective merchandise.
RETURNS: Defective products may normally be returned for a full refund or store credit in accordance with Elemental’s Return Policy. However, custom products, not normally stocked by Elemental, LED, that have been requested by the customer, are purchased by the customer under a no refund, no exchange policy. The item description will state “Special Order – No Refund” on the invoice.

request samples
When making the decision to purchase LED lighting, you may first want to experience what you’re thinking about buying. We understand that no two LED light products are the same, and that there are many types, varieties, colors, shapes, designs, and components to choose from. Furthermore, Elemental LED is doing its share--along with many other companies--to advance LED technology, especially as LED products continue to improve.
So while we make every attempt to make your buying experience efficient and comprehensive, we also understand the occasional need to sample products. Here’s our sample policy.
Random Samples
A random sample is a product sample that is pre-existing and sits in our warehouse.
Request for Product Sample
Due to the demand and internal costs associated with providing product samples, we will evaluate all Requests for Product Sample on a case-by-case basis.
The majority of our light fixtures are 12V DC, so be aware that you’ll need a 12V DC adapter or transformer to power them.

The following information must be included in your request:
- Full Description of the Project
- Description of how the product is to be used within the project
- Potential quantity of Products (listed by SKU)
We reserve the right to ship the smallest size of each product unless there is a specific reason a larger sample is needed.

This Shop by Project page has been organized to help you select LED fixtures and supplies that are appropriate to your installation needs. We’ve selected both lights that are commonly used in specific applications as well as fixtures that we think work best. Each project heading allows you to filter products based on whether they’ll be used indoors or outdoors, whether they’re single color or color-changing If you don’t find what’s right for you in this section, just click on the Shop by Item menu option to see our fixtures organized by type.
Project Bids/Estimates
Do you need a bid for materials for the LED lighting project you’re working on? Are you unsure which fixtures are a good fit, or want to know what connectors and accessories are necessary for your installation? Submit a request for a bid to us and we’ll answer all of your questions promptly. Our customers commonly ask for bids on everything from restaurants, hotels, and new construction to lighting components inside their own products.
1. Submit your project needs to answers@elementalled.com. In preparing a description to send to us, be sure to include the dimensions of the area you’ll be lighting, the number of feet of strip light or number of fixtures, whether the power source should be plug-in or hard-wired, any obstacles or special consideration present in the space, and any other information that will help us visualize your needs.
2. You’ll receive an estimate from Elemental within 2-3 business days detailing all the items you’ll need for the project and an estimated cost of materials (not including shipping and tax, which is determined when you place the order).
3. When you know everything you need, just login to our site or call us to place the order.
submit a custom product
We’ve had many requests for us to have custom products manufactured (such as color-changing LED fabric for the inside of a mask). We define Custom Products as items that are made to order, painted to order, special size or other non-stocked items. Custom products can be pricey to make, and we generally recommend them for high-volume orders.
That said, don’t be shy about sending us your ideas, it doesn’t hurt to ask! Our in-house design specialists make almost any custom lighting solutions possible. We have extensive experience creating 3D models of advance design concepts so that you get a precise visual rendition of your idea before it is actually made.
Elemental has full control over the manufacturing of its products, which means that size, colors, housing, number of bulbs, waterproofing, and all configurations can be manufactured to order in specific quantities.
