Self-Tapping Fuse Holder

The Self-Tapping Fuse Holder works with our ATC/ATO Blade Fuses to help create a safe LED light installation by preventing the circuit between the LED lighting and the power source from overloading. Using a fuse in an LED light installation helps prevent overheating of wiring and possibly fire of light fixtures. These self-tap fuse holders are perfect for use with our 18/2 Lamp Wire, and is compatible with any wire between 10 and 20 gauge (AWG).

Self-Tapping Fuse Holder couldn't be simpler. The Self-Tap Fuse Holder works without your having to cut, splice or strip wires and allows for a quick and easy installation of this safety fuse mechanism.

ATC Fuses are available in eight different amperages: 3A, 4A, 5A, 7.5A, 10A, 15A, 20A, and 25A. The 5 Amp (5A) fuse, for example, allows a maximum of 5 Amps of power to travel through a circuit; any more power and the fuse will blow and cut off power to the light fixture.
