What is the total length of the PAR 20 LED lightbulb BEFORE it is installed in the socket, and the length AFTER it is installed (i.e., how far does it protrude out of the socket)?

I am trying to replace two PAR 20 halogen bulbs in a vent hood. All the PAR 20 LED bulbs I find are longer than a halogen and therefore protrude down too far. I tried a PAR 16 LED but it was not dimmable and could not be used in my Hi-Med-Low hood.These Par 20 bulbs are 3.25 inches long before installation. We do not have an exact calculation for after installation. It would be roughly a 2.25" - 2.5" protrusion.
