Multi-Pole Splice Connector

The Multi-Pole Splice Connector allows you to connect several LED lights to the bare wires of a single power source quickly and easily. Each line-side connector contains two wire ports per pole, allowing quick and easy feedthrough of power connections to multiple ballasts in a fixture, or to multiple fixtures in an installation, which means an elimination of additional wire splicing components and saving wiring time. In addition to allowing quick wire connections, it also provides a quick disconnect, simply by pressing down on the tab marked "Push."

These sturdy plastic terminal block connectors are made with copper components (not brass) for electrical integrity. The wire used on the ballast/load side of the connector must be 18 AWG solid-core wire; the wire on the power/input side can be either stranded or solid. (This means that our 18/2 Lamp Wire, which is stranded, cannot be used on the LED light/load side of this connector, but it can be used on the input side that connects to power.) The keyed connector design prevents mismatching of polarities, reducing the possibility for error in powering your LED installation.

This Multi-Pole Splicing Connector is the first luminaire disconnect to be UL listed as a multi-pole splicing connector rated up to 600V and 12 AWG maximum. This splice connector is the safest, most convenient connector available for compliance with the latest NEC 410.130 (G) and CEC 30-308 (4) requirements for non-residential wiring of luminaires with ballasts. The unique design of this connector also allows several sections of wire with the connector on each end to be daisy-chained.
