This is video number 7 in our LEDucation series, and shows you how we installed waterproof LED strip lighting around the patio in a garden. Through step-by-step instruction about how to make a few wiring connections, you can see how to bring low voltage LED lighting into an outdoor space to help you bar-b-que, socialize, or just relax!
The connection where the wires are twisted together and covered with heat shrink should be soldered. Twisting wires is not a permanent connection.

Also, I need about three more feet added to my nine feet of waterproof LED strip. Is that possible? Thx, again.
Very nice video, thanks. However, I would say the lamp cord buried does not meet code. I have the nine-foot waterproof LED strip and would like to dim. Is that possible? Thx.
