The Pacassa Group used LED Strip Light housed in glass test tubes to create custom lighting for the bar and dining area at an upscale restaurant in Healdsburg, California. To achieve a soft, even light that would both complement the more modern concrete surfaces and blend well with the large slabs of wood suspended from the ceiling and in use in the bar, the design team had oversized test tubes sandblasted to the point where they are translucent but opaque.
