    Yes. The bulb converts from high voltage AC to low voltage DC within itself. You can screw them into any E26 base. Also, we just released two new versions of this bulb, a 7W (slightly brighter than 6W) and a 9W (a 60W replacement bulb). Check them out – http://www.elementalled.com/tess-e26-led-light-bulb.html.

    Is the led bulb working directly with 110v ac system? Looking for some incandescent led replacements for my kitchen.

    Actually, a lot of LED light bulbs, including the one we used in this comparison study, covert the voltage from high to low within the bulb itself. So no drivers or adapters are needed in conjunction with its use.

    Have you included production of all the components required for each type such as ballasts and drivers considering incandescent requires neither?
