Our super bright 15" High Power Brushed Aluminum Under Cabinet Fixture is your perfect solution for under cabinet LED lighting in the kitchen or in shelving, or for task and accent lighting. This fixture can be used for any application between 1-6 feet, and supplies a full 360-480 lumens of light from six high power LEDs. You'll find these low-energy LED fixtures to be efficient and functional, with the High Power Brushed Aluminum Under Cabinet LED Fixture drawing only 8 watts. And, in addition to being efficient and bright, this Cree LED bar is dimmable.
Elemental offers this Under Cabinet Fixture in warm white, a color most similar to the warm yellowish light of an incandescent bulb, and neutral white, which is a cooler shade, though not the blue of cool white. Stylish, creative and easy to install, this fixture is perfect for home or industrial use. The LED light bar features six Cree LED chips, which are the highest-quality and most efficient LEDs money can buy.
The High Power Brushed Aluminum Under Cabinet Fixture has 6 Cree LED bulbs in a sturdy aluminum housing with a depth of only a quarter of an inch. The bar is designed to mount easily with two screws, and hardwired DC plugs at each end that make it simple to daisy chain multiple bars, or attach a bar to an extension cable to hard-to-reach areas. These fixtures are rated for over 50,000 hours so you may enjoy them for a very extended period of time.
Great Light
I bought this light for under one cabinet in the kitchen. I got the warm white. This light is bright, to say the least. It was smaller than I thought, but it ends up to be a very cool-looking light, too.
I just ordered two more to run in a string and added the on/off dimmer, too.
Very cool. Highly recommended.
P.S. Fast shipping and no surprises.

Does each 15" bar come with a tranformer / power supply? Can I order one power unit and 3-4 light bars?
Thanks,
Jim
The bars are sold as individual units. Yes, you can use one power source for multiple bars: a 24-watt plug-in adapter would be the perfect fit for three bars, while a 36-watt plug-in adapter would be needed with four bars. Additionally, we carry "splitters" to allow you to branch your power to several bars (these are available in 2-way, 3-way, and 5-way configurations). Our 1-meter extensions allow you to reach distant bars. All these items have compatible barrel plugs to make installation quick, painless, and adjustable.
Hard-wireable???
Yes, these bars can be hard-wired directly into your 12VDC circuit. The barrel plugs at either end can be removed to expose bare wire.
If hard-wiring and using more than one unit, what other accessories are needed if any,
transformers, adapters...? And can a dimmer switch be used when hard wiring?
Thanks in advance for your help.
These bars can be connected directly to each other with no additional connectors needed, up to a maximum of 14 bars per run. You'll need a 12V DC transformer to power these lights, either a 12V adapter or 12V hard-wired driver. These bars connect directly to an adapter, or to connect this light bar to a hard-wired driver, just use the LED Adapter Splice Cable.
Dimming can be achieved either by 1) Connecting our Inline Dimmer Switch between the bar and adapter, or between the bar and LED Adapter Splice Cable; 2) the Reign Dimmer Switch, which connects between the 12V power source and the light bar; or 3) powering the bars with a TechnoMagnet dimmable hard-wired driver, which operates with a 120V AC dimmer switch that is rated for magnetic low voltage loads.
You're welcome, thanks for the good questions.
What are the +'s & -'s of using this bar type of fixture versus pucks for a typical under counter application?
It really depends on what you are going for...
The puck lights provide "spots" of light that are great for specific areas, and highlighting objects placed on the counter top.
The light bars provide a more "fluid" look, and rather than highlight one particular area, they bring light to the entire counter top. The Light Bars are also quite easy to install. (They just require a few fasteners to hold them in place)
Can these Cree LEDs be replaced in the bar? What happens if one LED fails?
Should one of the lights in the bar go out, all of the remaining lights will remain functional. We offer a 3-year warranty on all of our products, so if any of the lights in the bar go out, we can replace the entire bar if you like.
