Sold by the foot at a custom length of your choice, our High Density Brighter Flexible LED ribbon lights 12V packs up to a whopping 290 lumens of brightness per foot! It uses the same high power tri-chip LEDs as our standard brighter strip, but has twice as many per foot, making it up to four times brighter than Elemental’s standard Flexible LED Light Strip. There are 3 LEDs every 2 inches and 18 bulbs per foot. Yet the High Density Brighter Strip uses only 4.4 watts of electricity per foot!
This high-output, high-intensity LED lighting works well for lighting installations that are larger than most or require bright light that can illuminate over a longer distance than usual. The High Density Strip’s low profile of only 0.1 inches, and a width of less than half an inch, allows for use in almost any location. Whether for cove lighting, interior lighting, or exhibit lighting, large cabinet lighting, project lighting, and any sort of close application task lighting, this strip is very nearly the brightest of any of our LED fixtures.
Despite its brightness, the low energy consumption of this strip means you not only save money, but the low voltage power lessens the chance of electrical shock and fire danger. This solid state light strip is rated to last around 50,000 hours, which is nearly 6 years, if left on 24 hours a day! Are the Flexible LED strip lights UL listed? Thank you.
Thank you for your question. No, Flexible LED strip lights are not UL listed because they are "cuttable" in the field. No distributor carries UL listed strip lighting. However, our Flexible LED strip light is 12V and requires the use of one of our many choices of adapters or drivers to convert your home or business AC voltage to the 12V DC that is needed to power the strip lights. All of our adapters and drivers are UL listed.

Will the "flexible led strip light dc plug connector" brighter version work with this high density version as well?
Yes it will, since both of these strips are 0.4 inches wide (as opposed to the standard Flexible Strip Light, which is 0.3 inches wide.)
