  1. Easier than expected.

I procrastinated over a year after gathering all the components, should have jumped in with both feet. Easy to install, great outcome.
  2. Wow!! You guys are terrific.

Wow!! You guys are terrific. Your Web site was easy to navigate, making it a snap to decide which products I needed; and the parts I ordered arrived timely and when you said they would; And the lights look great; AND you even attached the strip connector to the flexible light strip (so I didn't have to fuss my way through it). Wow!! You'll definitely remain my source for these types of product!!
  3. Totally Helpful

This Web site, and the guys who run it make things so clear. I bought the LED strip lighting, and a couple of adapters to plug my lights into, and they worked like a charm. Homemade light boxes! Perfect for artists!
  4. Bright!

I ordered two full rolls of Flexible LED Strip Light (Neutral White) and one power supply (60W). I am using this setup for custom-made furniture and future projects that I am currently designing and building. But I've just tried them to see how bright they are!!! Wow, they are so bright that I'll probably only use half of what I thought I would use for my whole project. They are extremely bright, and the Neutral White is exactly what I was looking for. Definitely a real white (close to blue spectrum), and I will definitely be able to use them all over my house for cool lighting everywhere.
Furthermore, I was extremely amazed on how quick the shipping was. It took 3 days to make its way from California to Canada...just amazing. Frankly, I thought it would take at least a few weeks. I would definitely buy from you guys again and would recommend your site to anyone.
  5. Does the Job and Then Some

I purchased a roll of the low-power LED strip in natural white to light the wife's collection of Delft's Blue ceramic ware. A five-foot strip applied to each inside front corner of the six-foot-high display cabinet provides uniform lighting; the collection has never looked so good.

  1. I am planning to replace the fluorescent tubes in my RV. Can I buy a 16 foot spool of LED strip light and cut it into 1 ft lengths and replace 2 one foot fluorescent tubes in 8 lights. What connector do I need to plug into one end of the fluorescent tube mount?

Our 12" Waterproof Light Bar, 12" Brighter Light Bar, or 12" Brighter Waterproof Light Bar might be an easier way to transition to LEDs in this case. You won't have to cut them and they can replace the entire fluorescent fixture without having to fit them in a ballast. Then use one of our DC Splitter Plugs to connect them all to the same 12V DC power source.
  2. My kitchen will have two heights and no cabinets over the three windows. Do I cut flex strip four times and each have plug adapter or run wire behind the wall?

  3. What's the warranty on these LEDs?

The warranty on these, and all of our other LED lights, is 3 years.
  4. Is there a coating on top of the strip lights? Just wondering what happens if I spray some household cleaner on it and wipe it down.

This strip has no coating on it that would protect it from moisture, you want to make sure it stays dry at all times. We recommend the waterproof version of this strip to use in areas that need to be cleaned regularly.
  5. Just had my kitchen redone and the electrician wired for under cabinet lighting (light switch installed as well); however he did not offer LED. I am hoping to install myself. How do I connect lighting strips to wires under my cabinets?

You have a number of options for installing our lights under your cabinets, and it's not a problem that you already have 120V AC power wired. Most of our lights are 12V DC, so you just need to make sure you use a 12V power source to transform your high voltage house power. I'd suggest taking a look at some of the following wiring diagrams to see how you would set up an installation with either A) a plug-in 12V adapter or B) a hard-wired driver: http://www.elementalled.com/leducation/12-volt-led-wiring-diagrams-and-schematics/led-strip-light-to-hard-wired-12v-driver-wiring-diagram/
