Converting your voltage with a DC Adapter is easy: just plug your LED lights into the ¼ inch jack of our 36 Watt adapter either directly or using one of our simple connectors. Using an adapter is the right choice if you are installing just a few light fixtures, or just want to avoid making a permanent installation with a bigger, hardwired power driver. Our adapters are plug-and-play LED lighting at its most effortless.

How many watts do you need to look for in a DC Adapter? Calculating the wattage your fixture needs is a snap. Our LED strip lights, for example, use 1.44 Watts per foot, so if you need to power 20 feet of strip lighting to light up a large display case, the 36 Watt Adapter is more than enough to supply the 30 Watts you need. Or let’s say you are installing eight of our 20 Inch Waterproof LED Light Bars in your kitchen cabinets; at 3.5 Watts each, you’ll have 28 Watts and then some from the 36 Watt Adapter.
