    Yes, the most important thing is for the power going to the LEDs to be 12V DC, our diagrams show 120V power because this is the most common source. Slight variations of 1-2 volts more or less from a 12V battery will affect LED life and performance, but the light cast will be virtually normal.

    All of your wiring diagrams indicate a requirement for a 120-volt power source connected to some kind of ballast, or something like that.

    Will this lightstrip work in an RV, where there is a 12-volt battery power source with slight voltage variations as battery power is used up?
