Custom Products
Custom Products are items that are made to order, painted to order, special size or other non-stocked items.
Our in-house design specialists make custom lighting solutions possible. We have extensive experience creating 3D models of advance design concepts so that you get a precise visual rendition of your idea before it is actually made.

RETURNS: Defective products may normally be returned for a full refund or store credit in accordance with Elemental’s Return Policy. However, custom products, not normally stocked by Elemental, LED, that have been requested by the customer, are purchased by the customer under a no refund, no exchange policy. The item description will state “Custom Products – No Refund” on the invoice.
Special Order Items
Special Order Items are items that are made to order, painted to order, special size or other non-stocked items.
PRICING: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the cost of merchandise must be paid upon placing any special order. The balance shall be due and payable before merchandise is shipped. All deposits and advance payments are nonrefundable except in the case of defective merchandise.
