Our 10' Full Color LED Strip Light Plug-and-Play Kit is an eco-friendly, full-color LED lighting installation that brings lots of style and color to a living room, rec room, home entertainment center, or to any bar, club, or special event. This low-profile and bright color-changing LED light strip kit has everything you need for making a super-looking color display, whether you're just looking for something simple to install or need a color splash for a temporary event or party. This kit contains:

- 1 x Inline Remote LED Color Controller with remote
- 1 x 60W 12V DC plug-in adapter

The Inline Remote LED Color Controller has 18 color-changing modes and 20 static color modes available, plus adjustable speed and brightness. The controller plugs right into the adapter and joins the Color-Changing RGB Strip Light with the included CLICKTIGHT™-style Strip Connector.

Is there any way to join extra lights to make this kit 35ft long, I would like 1 remote to control approx 35 to 40ft of strip light to go around my home theatre ceiling. Of if you could suggest an alternative
From Guest at 4/26/11 1:34 PMYes. You can attach a Multi-Color RGB LED Strip to Strip Connector SKU: EL-BVSTRPRGBCON to the ends of two strips to create one longer strip.
If you will be running 35 - 40 feet of strip light, you will also need a few RGB LED Signal Amplifiers SKU: EL-SJRGBAMP as well. If there is more than about 16 feet of strip light in one stretch, without an amplifier, you may experience "voltage drop", resulting in dimmer lights either at the end of the strip, of throughout the entire strip. For your length of lights, I would suggest 2-3 amplifiers to ensure maximum performance. -
Can you add multiple controllers to these kits and still use a common power source?

I want to use these for perimeter lighting in a sauna. Are they waterproof, or can you recommend full color / high density that is?

I would like to use these for under-cabinet lighting in my kitchen, but will only have so many outlets. Is it possible to hard-wire this?
From Guest at 7/1/12 2:19 PMYes, this can certainly be hard-wired. 10 feet of standard brightness RGB strip light would require 22 Watts of power, so you could use our 35W 12V Driver; and 10 feet of the High Density RGB strip light would use 48W of power, so the 60W 12V Driver would be perfect to power this.
